Shipping Policy

We currently ship from the United Kingdom.

EU Orders: We ship to selected EU countries from the UK. Please allow 2–4 working days for order processing. Once dispatched, EU orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your country and local customs handling. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that as a UK-based seller, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon entry into the EU — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

UK shipping

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail or another tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, but if your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@coypondstudio.com and we will do our best to help.

International shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges that may apply when the order reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are set by the destination country.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@coypondstudio.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, please contact us at hello@coypondstudio.com.

For international orders, please allow additional time for customs and local delivery.

If an order is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@coypondstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Pre-orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
