Needlepoint
I'm new to needlepoint, help!
Don't worry, we got you.
In your kit there is a handy instruction booklet that tells you everything you need to know to get started. We also have lots of video tutorials on YouTube and Instagram that break each step down so it's really easy. Most people can pick it up within a few minutes.

Do I need to be artistic or creative to do needlepoint?
Absolutely not! The beauty of needlepoint is that you just stitch what you see, kind of like paint by numbers.
However, if you do want to get more creative with it, you can learn decorative stitches, buy alternative threads or finish it in a way that really makes it your own!
This is why we love needlepoint!
What if I made a mistake while stitching?
Don't worry, mistakes are easy to fix in needlepoint. That's why we include a seam ripper in your kit, to make it easy to rip out stitches you want to do again. We provide plenty of thread, so you have a good amount of buffer before you run out.
What do I do with it once it's stitched?

Are your designs AI generated?
No. If you buy from us, you can rest assured that your canvas was designed by Casey, not an AI.
Do you sell variants of designs in different colours?
Right now we only stock the one variation of each design. However, if you are interested in alternate variations, please email us at hello@coypondstudio.com or DM us on Instagram! If there is enough demand, we will create these!

Shopify will calculate your shipping rate based on where you live and offer a discounted price. Please be aware that if shipping internationally, there may be customs fees applied that the buyer is responsible for paying.
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, we are only a 2 person team! So, if order volumes are high, we ask you please be patient with us! Follow our Instagram for story updates on how fulfillment is going. If we expect wide scale delays, we will let our audience know there first.
Returns
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to edit or cancel it, so please make sure everything is correct prior to placing your order!

My item is damaged/order is wrong. What do I do?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@coypondstudio as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
